Business Cards

We print a wide range of business card shapes and styles. The most popular are standard rectangular cards (85x55mm), but we also offer square cards, rounded corner cards, leaf-shaped cards, and oval cards. For something more unique, you can go with transparent plastic cards, magnetic cards that stick to fridges and filing cabinets, or NFC cards with embedded chips that let people tap to save your contact info. We stock a full range of papers and finishes to match any brand style. For paper, you can choose from 300gsm all the way up to 600gsm for a thick, premium feel. Finish options include glossy (shiny and reflective), matte (smooth with no shine), velvet touch (soft texture that feels luxurious), spot UV (selective glossy coating on parts of the card), and raised foil (metallic gold, silver, or colored foil that sits above the surface). The standard business card size used in Qatar and across the GCC is 85mm x 55mm (about 3.35 x 2.17 inches). This is the same as the European standard and fits comfortably in wallets and card holders. If you prefer a square format, we print at 55mm x 55mm. We can also print custom sizes if your design requires something different, though non-standard sizes may take a bit longer to produce.

You can order as few as 50 cards if you just need a small batch, though most people order 250 or 500 at a time. The more you order, the lower the price per card becomes. For corporate clients ordering for multiple employees, we handle bulk orders of 5,000, 10,000, or more with no upper limit. We can also set up repeat orders so you never run out. Spot UV is a printing technique where we apply a clear, glossy coating to specific areas of your card while leaving the rest matte. The contrast between the shiny and matte sections creates a tactile, eye-catching effect. Most people use spot UV on their logo, company name, or a graphic element to make it pop. It works best on darker backgrounds where the shine really stands out. The coating also adds a slight raised texture you can feel with your fingertips.

NFC (Near Field Communication) business cards have a tiny chip embedded inside the card. When someone holds their smartphone near the card, the chip sends your contact info, website link, or social media profile directly to their phone. They do not need to install any app. It works with most modern iPhones and Android phones. The chip is thin enough that the card still feels like a normal business card. We program the chip for you before delivery, and you can update what it links to anytime through a simple online dashboard.

Standard business card orders are ready for pickup or delivery within 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. If you need them faster, we offer rush printing that can have your cards ready in 1 to 2 days, depending on the finish and quantity. For same-day printing, call us directly to check availability. Yes, we have an in-house design team that can create your business card from scratch. Just send us your logo, the text you want on the card (name, title, phone, email, website), and any brand guidelines you have (colors, fonts). We will put together a design and send you a proof to review. Most designs go through one or two rounds of revisions before printing. If you already have a design, send us the file in PDF, AI, or PSD format with at least 300 DPI resolution and 3mm bleed on all sides.
