Polo T-Shirts

We print on a wide range of garments. For casual and promotional use, we have cotton t-shirts in round neck and V-neck styles. For a more professional look, we stock polo shirts in cotton and polyester blends. We also print on long sleeve shirts, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, fleece jackets, and waterproof jackets. All items are available in men's, women's, and kids' sizes. We carry a variety of colors from basic black, white, and navy to brighter options like red, green, and yellow. If you have a specific garment in mind that we do not stock, let us know and we can try to source it.

We use two main printing methods depending on the order. Screen printing is best for bulk orders (typically 25 or more of the same design) and produces vibrant, durable prints that last for years. DTF (direct to film) transfer is ideal for smaller quantities, complex designs with many colors, or orders with different names on each shirt. DTF allows us to print full-color images including photographs and gradients. For polo shirts, caps, and jackets, we also offer embroidery, which stitches your logo directly into the fabric for a premium, professional finish.

There is no hard minimum. We can print as few as one shirt using DTF transfer, which is useful for samples or personal items. However, pricing improves significantly with quantity. Orders of 10 or more qualify for bulk discounts. Corporate orders of 50 or more get the best rates per piece. For screen printing, we typically recommend at least 20 to 25 pieces of the same design because of setup costs. We can provide tiered pricing so you can see the cost difference at various quantities.

Both screen printing and DTF transfers are designed to last through many wash cycles. Screen prints are extremely durable and can last the life of the garment if cared for properly. DTF prints are also very resilient and will not crack or peel under normal washing conditions. For best results, we recommend turning the garment inside out before washing, using cold water, and avoiding high heat in the dryer. If you follow these guidelines, your printed shirts should look great for years.

Yes, full color printing is no problem with DTF technology. You can use photographs, gradients, shadows, and unlimited colors in your design. We print it as a full-color transfer and apply it to the garment. For screen printing, we can print up to 6 to 8 colors, but each color requires a separate screen, so designs with fewer solid colors work best. If you send us your design, we will recommend the best printing method based on the colors and complexity involved.

We supply the garments and include them in our pricing. We stock cotton t-shirts, polyester t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and jackets in various colors and sizes. This ensures the fabric is compatible with our printing processes and you get consistent quality. If you prefer to supply your own garments (for example, if you have a specific brand or style you like), we can print on those instead. Just let us know in advance so we can confirm the garments will work with our equipment.

Standard t-shirt orders are typically ready within 5 to 7 business days from when you approve the proof and confirm the order. Smaller orders and DTF printing can sometimes be faster. For urgent orders, we offer rush production that can deliver in 2 to 3 days depending on quantity and complexity. If you have a specific event date, let us know upfront and we will confirm whether we can meet your deadline before you commit to the order.

Yes, embroidery is a great option for polo shirts, caps, jackets, and any garment where you want a premium, professional appearance. We stitch your logo or text directly into the fabric using colored threads. Embroidery works best for designs that are not too detailed, typically logos with clear shapes and text. It is extremely durable and will not fade or crack like printed graphics. This is the preferred method for corporate uniforms, hotel staff wear, and sports club merchandise where a polished look matters.
