We make a full range of custom stamps for business and personal use. Self-inking stamps are the most popular for offices because they re-ink automatically with each press. Pre-inking stamps produce very crisp impressions and are good for detailed logos. Basic rubber stamps with a separate ink pad are economical for occasional use. We also make signature stamps for authorized signers, date stamps with changeable dates, pocket stamps for on-the-go use, fabric stamps for marking clothing, and paper embossers that create raised impressions without ink. All can be customized with your text, logo, or both.

The rubber die on a self-inking stamp will last for hundreds of thousands of impressions if you take care of it. The ink pad, which is the part that actually runs out, typically lasts 10,000 to 50,000 impressions depending on the size of the stamp and how heavily you press. When the ink starts to fade, you can either re-ink the existing pad with stamp ink (which we sell) or replace the entire pad, which is inexpensive and easy to snap in. We recommend keeping the cap on when not in use to prevent the pad from drying out.

Our standard ink colors are black, blue, red, green, and violet. Black and blue are the most popular for office stamps, while red is common for approval and received stamps. We can do multi-color stamps where different parts of the design print in different colors, though this requires a larger stamp and careful design. If you need a specific brand color or an unusual shade, contact us about custom ink options for larger orders. We also sell replacement ink pads and bottled stamp ink for refilling.

Yes, you can use your own logo, signature, or custom artwork. Send us the file in PDF, AI, PNG, or JPG format. For best results, provide a high-resolution image with clear edges. If your file is a color image, we will convert it to a single-color version suitable for stamping. Our team can also help clean up low-resolution logos or redraw artwork if needed. If you do not have a design, tell us what text and information you want on the stamp and we will create a layout for your approval.

Self-inking stamps have a spring-loaded mechanism that flips the stamp die onto a built-in ink pad after each impression. They are fast and convenient for high-volume stamping. The impression quality is good for text and simple logos. Pre-inking stamps (also called flash stamps) hold the ink within the rubber material itself. They produce sharper, cleaner impressions with finer detail, making them better for detailed logos and small text. Pre-inking stamps need re-inking less often but cannot be re-inked as easily as self-inking stamps. We can help you choose the right type based on how you plan to use it.

We offer stamps in a wide range of sizes. Small stamps start at 30mm x 30mm or 12mm diameter for round stamps, suitable for initials or small logos. Medium sizes like 50mm x 30mm and 70mm x 30mm work well for company stamps with address and contact info. Large stamps go up to 116mm x 70mm for packaging stamps and warehouse use. Round stamps range from 12mm to 45mm diameter. If you have a specific size requirement that does not match our standard options, let us know and we can often accommodate custom dimensions.

We produce most custom stamps within 2 to 3 business days from when you approve the design proof. Simple stamps with just text can sometimes be ready faster. Once produced, we offer same-day or next-day delivery across Doha. We can also ship to anywhere in Qatar. Yes, we make custom paper embossers (also called seal presses or notary seals). These create a raised impression on paper without using any ink. They are commonly used by notaries, engineers, lawyers, and companies for official documents, certificates, and legal paperwork. The impression shows your name, title, company, or logo in a raised pattern that is difficult to forge. We offer desk-style embossers for office use and handheld embossers for portability. Embossers typically come in 38mm or 41mm diameter. Production takes about 3 to 5 days due to the machining involved.
